Terms of Use

Last updated: April 14, 2026

By accessing or using DeepCourt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Product scope

DeepCourt provides tennis analytics, historical data, and prediction-related information for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the service is financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of future results.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through your account billing portal when available, or by contacting support@deepcourt.ai.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use DeepCourt to violate the law, interfere with service operation, evade access controls, scrape protected data, or abuse other users.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms or the integrity of the service are at risk.

5. Data and model limitations

DeepCourt relies on historical and third-party data sources. We aim for accuracy, but data gaps, timing issues, and model error are unavoidable. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Intellectual property and affiliation

DeepCourt and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Player names, tournament names, and governing-body references are used for identification only. DeepCourt is not affiliated with the ATP, WTA, ITF, or any tournament organizer.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product and launch posture evolve. Questions can be sent to support@deepcourt.ai.
